Service Description
This 60-minute session is perfect for extended families gathering in town—grandparents, grown kids, cousins, and everyone in between. These moments together don’t happen often, which makes documenting them even more meaningful. With a full hour, we’ll capture every combination you want: the whole group, each individual family, grandparents with grandkids, siblings, couples, and solo shots of the kids. You’ll receive at least 60 edited, high-resolution images, with full download rights. Please note: larger groups, more faces, and multiple family arrangements may require additional editing time so everyone looks their best. Your session will take place at a beautiful Colorado Springs location—Ute Valley Park, Fox Run Park, or another outdoor spot we choose together. If you have a specific location in mind, I’m always open to it!

Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you agree to the following: Non-Refundable: All session bookings are final and non-refundable. No Rescheduling: Sessions cannot be rescheduled unless canceled by the photographer due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Client Responsibility: Arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Image Delivery: You will receive your gallery of edited images within 2 weeks. Usage Rights: The photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Liability Waiver: Julie Vickers Photography LLC is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the photo session. Client and all participants attend and participate at their own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
