hey there!

I'm Julie!

I'm a Florida girl at heart, living in the always adventurous + sometimes colorful, Colorado Springs. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are loving raising our three amazing children together.

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication while my husband was here in Colorado getting his degree at the Air Force Academy. (2% club, baby!)

I’ve been passionate about photography since I got my first DSLR camera after high school, but it wasn’t until 2018, when our first daughter was born, that I truly fell in love with capturing life’s beautiful moments.

My weekends are spent snuggling my kids a little extra in the mornings, watching Bluey, taking long walks around the neighborhood, attending church, perusing the Sams Club clothes section, (I buy my clothes where I buy my produce...), and probably editing a photo session or two!

I find so much joy in capturing other families' precious moments and I hope I can do this job forever. ❤️

The smiling stiff "cheese" photos are for the birds. I will totally snag a few of those if you have a real desire for them. But my real joy is found in the sweet in-between moments. What a joy it is to capture kids being kids. Let them play with the stick. Let them throw the stone. It's okay, Mama! These moments are precious too.
